How to use Partner Materials
- Click the "Partner Materials" button in DigiU Google Cloud.
- Find the type of material or event that interests you.
- Select your language.
- You can download files to your personal computer or use them in online format.

If you have not found the material or language version you need, you can submit a request for production to the DigiU design department. Please read the following helpful information before submitting your application.

Study these questions to understand how work on new materials occurs.
- Submit your application using the form on this page. One application = one task.
- Receive a response from the curator that the application has been accepted.
- Receive a design mockup from curators.
- If there are edits, send ONE letter to the curator.
- Send the final material in photo format to the curator.
Applications are accepted with a minimum period of 3 days. The DigiU design department may be busy with key tasks, so applications within ONE day will be refused production!
The format - electronic or printed - also affects the production time of the material. Printing houses accept printing no later than 7 days before the event deadline. Keep in mind that technical defects are possible and additional time is required for rework. Therefore, we advise that you request new files at least 7-14 days before your event or meeting.
The more detailed the technical specifications in your application, the faster you will receive the correct material. Submitting an application several times for the same material is prohibited.
Before submitting your application, think about what will be depicted, text and details. Discuss all these points with your colleagues and only then submit your application.
Write down the name, format (leaflet, business card, T-shirt, roll-up, etc.), size (A5, A4, 80x200mm). The purpose of the material, where and to whom it will be provided. Terms (from 3 days). If you send photos of people, sign the file name with the name of this person. If there are examples of similar designs, please write them down and attach files.
TEXT MUST BE COPYED! DigiU is an international company, each language has its own characteristics. Since you are a native speaker, your version will be the most correct. Please always post text or comment in Google Cloud using edits. Text placed on the picture is not accepted. You can also prepare a text format in Google Doc and send a link to it (don't forget to open it for reading access).
- File weight. Electronic formats are much easier than printed ones. Sometimes you will not be able to open a printed version in Google Cloud; to do this, you need to download it and open it on your local computer.
- File type. Electronic materials can be in the following formats: png, jpeg, pdf. Printed materials in the following formats: pdf, cdr, svg, ai - these formats are opened using special programs, and you must send them to the printing house.
- Production time. It’s faster to create a poster for a newsletter than a rollup. Any printed material should be sent to the printing house 7-14 days before the event deadline. Do not forget that the printing house may be busy before the holidays, there may be color defects or equipment malfunction, so alterations will be needed. Try to plan your print production request as early as possible.
- If you want to make a printed leaflet or booklet, keep in mind that the pages must be a multiple of 4. Since printing occurs on paper on both sides.
Collect edits into one message and send to the curator. Several messages at different times on the same edit are bad form! It's better to use comments in Google Docs. Write the text in a comment or message so that it can be copied. The minimum period for edits is 1-3 days.
